Identify and explain the types of stress. Identify how personality types affect how one deals with stress.
Why does it matter?
Adult learners experience stress every day. Knowing the types of stress and how personality traits affect stress response will help the learner deal with their stress. Recognizing their own personality type and understanding how that type responds to stress will help the learner better manage their stress response.

- Identify how personality types affect how a person experiences stress
- Scenario-based activity for each personality type
- Mini-stress audit of the learner's week
